We use correspondence to understand and respond to the issue. Avoid sending information you do not want included in an email conversation. There is no fixed response-time promise.
What makes an error report useful
- The Krillion Trivia page URL and the heading or sentence concerned.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A first-party source link if you are reporting a changed game rule.
- For a calculator error, the selected numeric scores, optional target and expected arithmetic.
- For a display problem, your browser, device type and the action that triggered it.
Describe a spoiler only if it is necessary to explain a correction. We do not need your complete game history. If you attach a screenshot, crop out names, email addresses and other private details first.
A minimal reproducible example is more useful than a large account export. For instance, “four rounds total 175, three remain, target 400” tells us which calculation to inspect.
For official game and purchase support
Krillion Trivia cannot edit official scores, add accepted answers, restore purchases, issue refunds or recover an account. Use the support details in the official Krillion FAQ for those requests.
Never send us a password, recovery code, payment card, login cookie or private unlock link. We will not ask for them to review a guide correction.
What happens to a correction
We compare the report with the cited source or reproduce the arithmetic. A confirmed issue can lead to updated wording, a corrected calculation or removal of an unsupported claim. Material changes receive a visible explanation when needed so readers can understand what changed.
